Now that you have signed up for the program, you will receive a welcome email from support@jeffherschy.com with your member’s area login details. Give it at least 10 minutes and if you don’t see your welcome email in your inbox be sure to check your spam folder before contacting us at support@jeffherschy.com.
When contacting support, be sure to use the same email address you used to sign up so we can find your account as all of our accounts are listed by email address.
If you don’t see a password in your welcome email, that is because you already have a member’s area account with a password. Simply log into your member’s area account and you will now have access to your new purchase(s).
To ensure you receive all of your important account related emails delivered directly to your inbox, you should whitelist our domain, JeffHerschy.com with your email provider.
